For some reason, people kept asking us for a 90% bar despite the fact that we'd never tasted a 90% bar that we thought was actually pleasant to eat.

With great reservation and a lot of careful adjustments to our process, we have made a 90% bar that against all odds is actually pleasant to eat!  If 80% simply isn't dark enough for you, this should do the trick.

This is a predominately fudgy bar with some nice tangy red berry notes.
