In our opinion, 70% is the optimal cocoa solids percentage for dark chocolate.  It's got big chocolate flavor for dark chocolate lovers, but it's still extremely accessible to people who are new to dark chocolate or think they don't like dark chocolate.

We use only Hawaiian beans and think you will enjoy the multitude of flavor notes you'll find in this bar.  Expect banana, red berries, fudge, and occasionally some spice and toasted barley notes.
