Starlight Editions are small, limited batches of extraordinary chocolate. The ingredients are difficult to acquire, exclusive, or just plain unusual. Inside each box are small molded chocolate stars-- perfect for grabbing a taste of something special.

It's a marriage of Jamaica and Hawaii!  The flavors of Jamaican jerk (Hawaiian allspice and  nutmeg, thyme, scotch bonnet chilis) combine with Hawaiian dark chocolate in these unique chocolate stars.  There's a subtle kick from the scotch bonnets, but it shouldn't be enough to offend even the most chili-averse.
